the staff were informative and helpful i did not feel pressured to buy, which really puts me off spending my money and i usually do not go back to that kind of store/shop.

UPON OUR VISIT THE SALES ASSISTANT WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO EXPLAIN ALL THE PRO'S AND CON'S WITH THE ITEMS AND LET US SEE AND FEEL ALL THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS TOO US, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND HE MADE OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE A REAL PLEASURE.

I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and went in looking for an average priced mattress which would support my back and be of good quality. I had an idea of firm, or medium, as I prefer more support. When my husband and I arrived in the Chippenham store, we were greeted by Troy a very friendly salesman who asked if we needed any assistance after I had tried out one of the first Firm mattresses I had found. I told him what I was looking for and we went through the main options which would be suitable for us - many more than I had expected. Previously I had always had Spring mattresses, but Troy soon introduced us to the delight of the combi mattress range, using spring as the base and then an amazingly supportive yet soft gel layer on top. We also tried out the memory foam combi mattresses, which I didn't like as much. We ended up choosing the Rapport Acti K Mattress, which felt incredible! Troy had great product knowledge and without being pushy suggested we tried new pillows to go with our bed, which I'm so pleased he did! We're so excited to try our new bed when it arrives, especially knowing that we have the reassurance of the "Comfort Exchange" guarantee. Thank you Dreams!

Staff member was very knowledgeable of products. We were offered comparison products which helped with our decision. We didn't feel like we were being pushed into any sales.

We were very happy with the service we received,my partner and I were looking for a new bed with out honey moon money. The gentlemen were most helpful couldn't fault them.

I felt the assistant was helpful without being intrusive. He explained how the colour coding worked and left us to wander and try out. He dealt with the order very well

The staff were willing to answer our questions, they were very polite and made themselves available and we were not pressured into making our decisions.

I got everything I needed under one roof quick easy and reasonably priced

We knew what we didn't want but not sure what we did until Troy advised us!
