First contact with Charles over the phone was very informative and he was not at all 'pushy'. which was a great relief. Went to Chippenham store the following day for 3 ft, 2 drawer divan, mattress and headboard. First went on the 'measurement' bed, which reduced the recommended mattresses to 6: excellent idea as it meant I was looking at a limited number of suitable beds rather than bouncing up and down aimlessly on every bed in the showroom and having no idea what I was doing. Information given on each of the suggested mattresses was very clear and I appreciated then being left alone to re-examine each one and make a choice. There then followed the choice of a headboard, and the order details, all of which were made perfectly clear. In total, the whole operation was 5 star from beginning to end. Thank you - and for the coffee, which was badly needed.

The assistant was helpful without being overbearing and was keen to listen and advise us on products not making us feel pressured to make any quick decisions. The assistant was personable and did not have an aggressive sales pitch which some have. We left the store with a bed and mattress ordered and due for delivery in a reasonable and suitable time.

I went to the Chippenham branch and was helped by Charles. His knowledge of all the goods was excellent and he explained all the different types of beds, mattress's and headboards very clearly without blinding me with science. He wasn't "pushy" (unlike the previous shop I went to) and gave me time on my own to make my decisions. I did think a four week wait compared to other retailers was a little long, but as it was for the spare room, on this occasion it wasn't a problem.
