Dreams - Chippenham

This is the second time in 2 months I have purchased a bed form Dreams. I returned to the Chippenham store as the first experience of buying a bed was met with good customer services form shop floor right through to delivery. I wasn't disappointed on my second visit as the same care was taken with the second purchase. My husband accompanied me as we were buying a bed for the both of us. My husband dislikes shopping and even he didn't moan about the experience as the sales staff were excellent. I haven't had the bed delivered as yet so hope the delivery will be as good as the last. Thank you Dreams for a good customer experience, sadly lacking in a lot of shops today.

Very helpful straight forward explanations. Due to my severe dyslexia took the time to read out and make sure that I understood all relavent information.

We were met by Shane, who showed/demonstrated the full range of mattresses that met our criteria. We tried many mattresses until we found the one for us, nothing was too much trouble, we went around the store, returning to some for a second trial. Having decided the mattress for us, Shane processed the order and found a quick, suitable delivery date, excellent. We were also made a cup of tea, which was greatly appreciated. All in all a great shopping experience.

The colleague who attended to me could not have been friendlier and more efficient. The choice of goods in store was excellent. I was very happy with the service and my purchase.

Nothing was too much trouble. the assistant was very conversant with the product. We were not rushed to purchase a bed. Altogether very pleased with the outcome and will certainly be going there again.
