The two men at the Chippenham branch who helped us to order our bed were very helpful and friendly. Everything was sorted out quickly and I was highly satisfied with the whole process.

The sales assistant, Kieran, was outstanding since he listened to what I needed, and soon found the perfect bed. Having visited countless bed showrooms, I found that he had an exceptional understanding as regards finding the bed without having to try ten different ones. He had not only the depth of knowledge about the product, and associated add ons, all of which were discussed before going through them at purchase, but he also had a very friendly manner, was not pushy, but was interesting and really pleasant to talk to. He is an asset to your business.
