Very quick and simple visit with the purchase of a lovely mattress!

Working in sales myself it's easy to recognise outstanding product knowledge backed up with a great attitude and helpful approach. My needs were heard after correct questions were asked enabling Shane to select the perfect product for me and my partner. No jargon was used as I do prefer straight talking! Jonathan and Troy were also very helpful when I visited previously but was unable to decide what to buy as I didn't have my partner with me. I did ask if Jonathan was in when I returned but he was on a day off which nearly caused me to leave and return another day but Shane was so helpful and easy to talk to that we decided to make the purchase there and then. Great service in a beautifully presented and clean showroom. Will definatly be returning to buy our children's beds once they are out of their cots. Chippenham staff are a credit to the company and was a pleasant experience even tho I never dreamed of spending nearly £1000! Pun intended!!

We were the only customers at the time so received the full attention of the sales staff. Also present was a representative from the company which made the bed we choose so we got a lot of useful extra information about the product and company. We were planning to visit a rival located in the same park but did not need to as we were highly satisfied with the products and sevice at Dreams.

Jonathan was very helpful, honest and quick to setup my finance for the bed! I was and still am experiencing back problems so he helped me find the most suitable mattress for giving my back as much support as possible. Really satisfied with my purchase!

I'd bought a Flaxby bed recently and needed a guest bed which I'd asked salesman to show me and so I had the details when ready and ordered on phone. Your customer service and products are excellent and it's on a par with shopping at JL

I wasn't even looking to buy a bed but wondered in while waiting for my partner to pick me up. As i went in i seen this bed and it stuck out due to size colour and the tv. When my partner arrived i had to get her in to have a look after i had spoken to Shane. We told Shane we would come back as we had to pick the kids up, but on the way to the car my partner said "you go back and get it and i'll get the kids". So I returned within minutes, was offered a coffee whilst we went through the paperwork and the deal was done. Excellent service throughout !!!
