I visited the Chippenham store on Thursday 28th January and looked for a replacement mattress. I was met by Jonathon in store who was very helpful. We had a good laugh as I had brought my original mattress receipt in, which was 15 years old. He knows the chap that had sold the mattress to us then and all about this mattress too. I asked to try a like for like and he showed me my options. As my wife was not with me I said that I'd pop back with her the following day. So on Friday we visited the store, Jonathon was there but not in uniform,however he came over and said that he was not supposed to be in today but had popped in to wait for us! I don't believe that for one minute,however what a nice thing to say as it made us feel special. He said that as he saw me yesterday that he would help us today. He showed my wife the bed and asked us both to try it out. Very cleverly he gave us both pocket sprung pillows to use,excellent discreet sales. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very pleasant. I don't ever buy extended warranties, but you guest it, not only did we leave the store with two pocket sprung pillows, but a mattress protector and the 8 year warranty.

Very efficient and made us feel very comfortable, Even offered us a tea or coffee.Shane excelled as a salesman was very professional and polite!

I found just the product I was looking for at a reasonable price. I was not hassled or pressured into making a purchase, so felt at ease throughout, and was able to acces support when I felt ready/needed to. The colleague who assisted me with my purchase and arrangement of finance was friendly, professional and made the process easy.

We were shown the products we were interested in without any over intrusive sales talk. We has the differences explained to us clearly. We left to make up our mind as to which one we wanted.

Troy was very professional and not pushy in the slightest.
