We were able to look around the store at the many options and when we had decided which bed we wanted to know more about the store staff were extremely helpful. Kieran was more than happy to explain the workings of the bed and in obtaining all the bedding we purchased at the same time. This included finding additional bedding in the store room to meet our requirements.

The staff member was very polite and helpful which meant we found what we were after quickly and were happy with the company which makes the mattress as they are based in the UK and sound a lot more ethical than some.

Troy was very helpful without being pushy, gave us good advice when we asked for it, and left us alone to try out mattresses and discuss our purchase when we wanted it.

Store Manager Shane was most helpful, informed, and courteous. He was able to appraise us of the differences between the different mattress types and advise us on which options to choose that would meet our individual requirements, that were within our price budget.

The staff on all occasions were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would particularly like to highlight Troy in the store for his excellent service. Also very impressed with the delivery guys who even removed their shoes without being asked before taking the mattress up the new stair carpet.

The gentleman who helped us was the manager, Shane. He took the time to explain and show us different types of mattresses and was really helpful measuring the bed in terms of height with different mattresses and length with the bottom drawer out. He encouraged our son to try lots of different mattresses to ensure he got the right one for him. We felt that the service received from Shane was first class and we bought with confidence after having the time and information to choose without feeling like he was just after a sale. Would highly recommend Shane and the store based on our experience.

There was a wide range of bed frames to choose from without being overwhelmed with options (i.e. there was a good range but not too much range). The layout of helping decide on a mattress was also very good.
