Upon arrival each type of bed base and mattress types were presented accordingly from a standard spring mattress to memory foam and gel. Staff willing to help if we had any questions and explained the differences between each type.

Troy was very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive but not overbearing or pressure selling. He went the extra mile in service and even gave us a cup of tea.

On our first visit we were given clear information about the various mattresses we were interested in. We were encouraged to take our time to try out the mattresses. Jonathan was available to give further advice when we needed it but didn't hassle us or try a hard sell. He gave us a brief, clear leaflet when we left to think about exactly what we wanted. When we returned our experience was the same and the purchasing experience was straightforward .

The service was great. He knew the answers to all our questions and spent time making sure he understood what we were looking for. He kept the store open longer for us and managed to get the mattress delivered quickly. The store was clean and the beds were all in good condition.
