Dreams - Chippenham

Both members of staff went out of their way to listen to our questions and then give us very professional advice and helpin choosing the beds to meet our needs! All this at a reasonable price!!

I couldn't be happier with my in store experience. The dreams Chippenham team especially Kieron gave me time and space to peruse , advice when I need it and were attentive to my needs. They also made me feel at ease as lying around on beds in a shop is't a normal day out. 10 out of 10!!!

Put simply - your staff at Chippenham. Put even simpler - Shane @ Chippenham. Nothing too much trouble for him. Warm, welcoming and ALWAYS goes the extra mile for us. Have been back 7 or 8 times over the past 8 to 10 years. cannot go anywhere else whilst Shane works for you ( and the old fella before him ) as the service is just SO GOOD.

The soft sale approach used by Jon was brilliant, Jon was on hand to offer advice and we had enough space as well. We even got offered a cup of tea... The fact that we wasn't bombarded with a hard sale meant that instead of me putting my barriers up and leaving the shop without buying as much a pillow meant that I spent over £2100. Seemed to have the balance spot on.

We liked the fact that the sales advisors didn't hassle us but we're on hand to help as and when needed. Shane was very helpful and honest in his advice.

I purchased a superking bed which was exactly what I have been looking for. From the moment I walked in i felt very at ease. The process was extremely easy and everything about my order was explained in an easy to understand manner. What I liked the most was not feeling forced into anything, the sales assistant was not pushy just listened to what I wanted and then delivered.

No pressure sell. Good knowledge of product and back up service.

Troy was very knowledgable and there was lots of variety to choose from.

The salesman understood what I was looking for and helped provide a number of options for me to choose from. I could then make an informed decision.

It is highly recommended in every aspect and the assistant could not do enough for me
