I asked for a mattress for a spare double bed. I was shown the suitable options and made my choice quite quickly with some information given to me on my choice. I was then efficiently helped through my order with a very pleasant approach

The assistant Rhianna was excellent, patient , enthusiastic, knowledgeable everything I would want in a customer assistant

The manager took the time to help us work out what was needed and helped us select additional items.

The staff in the store were very helpful and patient. We had a very tight space for the bed so we had to look at construction in detail. The bed we wanted was discontinued but we were offered the display item at a very good discount. When we went to dismantle and remove it from the store the staff were very accomodating and spent some time advising us on mattresses (it was a bunk bed). Help was available to take these to the car.

Kieran had great knowledge and understood what I wanted. He was very friendly, honest and open as was Manager John. They are a credit to your company. Thank you Kieran and John.

Plenty of space to social distance and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bed we were looking for wasn’t in the show room but we were shown similar options and fabric samples which helped us make our final choice. Setting up payment and delivery was quick and painless. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Customer service was excellent. Charlie who helped us was very informative and knowledgeable and left us alone to look at the products and we didn't feel at all pressured to make a decision to buy.

The visit was really pleasant, keiran welcomed us upon arrival, Jonathan the store manager helped us understand all the different product choices available, his knowledge of the items was really helpfull. Will definitely be returning to get my next bed from this store. Thanks guys

On arriving at the store, the sales assistant, Kieron, made us feel comfortable and explained the Covid safeguards. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to narrow down our choice of mattresses by using in-store technology. His friendly and professional manner made the whole experience very satisfying.

Managed to get exactly what I was looking for. Member of staff then explained the different colours available and helped me to choose the best mattress. Really helpful and friendly.
