Staff were friendly and helpful. I was also given a cup of coffee. Staff weren't pushy. I was able to explain my requirements and not pushed to buy a more expensive item. Everything was explained in detail.

Troy was very helpful throughout our visit. We didn't feel over crowded and he read us very well. We were asked one question which turned our experience from just getting a headboard to a more personal experience. He asked us if we had our ID on us and told us about the military discount you do as a company, which we were unaware of.

Very good service - calm and caring, and without being pressured into a sale

I visited the store on Saturday and Jonathan helped me to find the bed that suited my needs. He gave me the information I needed to discuss with my husband and we went back on Sunday morning to make the purchase. Jonathan was expecting me and had everything ready for us to make our final decision. The whole experience was friendly, enjoyable and we came away feeling happy about our purchase.

The service was exceptional. We were served by Kieran and he was so friendly and helpful. He explained in detail about the product we were buying and helped us make a decision. All the staff were very friendly and we will definiately be going back.

We were introduced to the products and left alone to try and discuss between ourselves much better than being pressurised.

The Sales person was friendly and polite whilst still professional. The staff were helpful and the store was organised and tidy.
