Kieran served me and was very friendly and helpful the entire time I was in the shop. He recommended products that would actually help and didn't go for 'hard sell' techniques. I was also offered a coffee during my time in the Chippenham store by another member of staff, Jonny. As it was raining and I had purchased a few items, Kieran helped to carry my things and put them in my car.

Troy took time to explain everything and understand our needs.

The manager Shane was more than happy to help, and with us not knowing a moving date made us feel at ease about booking a time, and explained we can postponed this if needs be.

Service was excellent, Shane the manager served me and I was very happy I did not feel pressured at all. Shane was very helpful and honest and gave me time to go home and think about it. I therefore had a look at the reviews on your website and was very pleased on how they read, I went back the next day to be welcomed by Shane and placed my order. He did everything he could to make sure it fitted with what I wanted and needed. Great service.

Assistant took time to fully understand our needs. He remembered us from a previous visit which was nice.

Friendly, professional service, good product knowledge helping us decide on the bed for a particular purpose. No pressure just a very interested and informative sales experience.

The beds, etc, were well displayed with prices clearly shown. There was a good choice of colours for bases, etc. I was able to look round easily and try any of the beds for comfort. The person who helped me, Kieran, was very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and set out all the different options, prices, etc. He didn't try to influence my choice in any way. He was totally professional but also friendly. The actual cost of my new bed was less than I was expecting and delivery much quicker than I thought it would be. Friends recently bought a new bed at Leekes and had to wait a long time for delivery and then it was the wrong bed! I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone wishing to purchase a new bed.

I was amazed how quickly we were able to choose - sometimes with help and advice - our mattress headboard and protection cover and how quickly the order was dealt with. We were not hassled by the staff but they were there immediately if we needed them. A very nice store in which to shop!

Troy did exactly what was wanted and told us everything we needed to know. He new just the sort of thing we wanted.
