looking for a mattress and needed one asap. The perfect one was in "clearance" for a mark (which we have struggled to find) at the price we were wanting to pay

Salesperson (Jon) was very welcoming upon us entering the store, appeared knowledgeable about the products, remained alert to answering any questions we had but without giving us any form of 'hard sell'.

We walked into the shop. Told the gentleman we already had a mattress from this shop and wanted another one for a spare bed. We had an idea that it was now obsolete so was looking for an alternative. With in seconds of telling him what we already had,he pointed us in the direction of the newer version. We spent longer talking about our past transactions than seeing and buying new mattress. Very knowledgeable, helpful gentleman.

Friendly service, gave us time to look before asking if assistance was needed, explained about the different sizes and types of mattresses. Very helpful.

The gentleman that served us was attentive with out being overbearing. He didn't push the most expensive mattresses just gave guidance on suitability and firmness of the different mattresses in store.

Troy the assistant was very good at explaining everything we wanted to know and also the quickness was great have been back several times because of him
