Salesman was very helpful and friendly, not at all "pushy", which is something I dislike very much

Troy the assisitant was highly knowladgable and helpful. He was on his own though and was obviously under pressure as deliveries were coming in at the same time as customers. He couldn't have done a better job.

We found the staff very very helpful and efficient.

We came to get a mattress and left having ordered a bed as well. The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The products were exactly what we were after, and more.

On arriving at the store we was greeted and helped staight away , the service given to us was of a very good standard especaily with he's knowledge of the product he was showing us which came up to what we required .

Shop was empty, only one sales staff on duty, so we received maximum attention. Quality of mattress's appears to be very good, but they are not cheap even during a sale. We even had a look at bedroom furniture and were impressed with some of the items. The sales staff was a chap called Kieran. Most helpful and not 'pushy' he was there when we wanted assistance, and was extremely helpful explaining everything at the end of the sale.

The store is easily accessible, and the staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. Have ordered before and even though it was eighteen mths ago they remembered us. It is always a joy to go in and shop there.

Friendly, welcoming Salesman 'John'. Knew his stuff and it felt like I was getting great advice from a friend. Attentive but not a pain. Good work.
