Troy was most helpful, He recommended several different mattresses until we found one that we were both happy with, and was very patient with us.

Very polite manager offing advice, along with tea or coffee. Very fast & painless shopping experience. Gave me a delivery time straight away which was adhered to precisely.

Knowledgable staff, very helpful but not "in your face"

Upon entering the shop I was approached by an assistant called Troy asking if I needed help or was I happy to browse. If I was happy to browse he would be available to answer any questions I may have. I told the assistant what I was looking for and he showed me the different options available which helped me make up my mind on my purchase. Troy was extremely helpful all the way through this transaction, from the moment I walked into the shop, decided on the bed I wished to purchase, discussing delivery dates and completing my purchase. I would return to the store and also recommend anyone to visit after my experience.

All was good as soon as you entered the shop. Everything fitted into place. It was fun from start to finish. Having a laugh and also the knowledge of Kieran. Softened the blow of the final bill ha ha . Mother now wants a new mattress!!
