Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Charles was great, he gained knowledge about our specific requirements and actually listened. He was considerate of our budget and informative about mattress performance, ensuring we got the best/most suitable product for our money.

The gentleman that helped us was called Charles, he was very friendly, took time to understand my condition and the need for specific support. He showed us all products in store and of a range in prices. He took me back to products that I said I liked in between others to make sure I was trying things properly. Cleanliness of the store and throughout was brilliant.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We visited another store first where we were made to feel pressured into buying what could have been an expensive mistake :( our salesman Kieran, was very helpful and really listened to us and what we wanted and we are now looking forward to our new bed arriving. It was an altogether fun experience, thanks to Kieran - all the staff members have a great relationship which makes the store feel friendly and inviting - well done guys and gals 👍

Charles was extremely helpful and very informative. They had a system wide problem so could not process our order whilst in store , so took all my details and then rang me later on to finish the order.

Before entering the store i was clueless about what mattress to get. As soon as i entered i was greeted promptly by a very kind and funny sales assistant. We quickly established what mattresses would suit me best and he took his time in showing me different variations in different price ranges. While trying out the matresses he made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I was also looking for a bed and headboard and he talked me through all the different options i could have. I left feeling very happy with my purchase and overall in a much better mood. He is a credit to the company.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Charles at the Chippenham store was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us all the attention we needed without smothering us. He did the sleepmatch with us and took us through each of the beds. When we returned to store to complete our purchase, he remembered both me and my partner by name; a nice personal touch which I did not expect from such a large company. He made us feel that we had the personal service we needed with the know-how and backup of a large business. Would recommend to anyone based on my experience.

When I entered the shop I was greeted by Jonathan who explain the covid rules in place. He explained the various codes for the beds etc. He also explained what safety precautions were in place to try the beds. Whilst doing our business I was given a cup of coffee. A delivery date was agreed of next Monday. All in all a good experience. Thank you.
