I have always used Dreams to buy beds and mattresses and now even buy my bedding from you as you do the best fitted sheets. I think I have come for at least 7 or more years. Your staff are always polite and informative and have plenty of time to assist. This time I needed a new mattress to replace a double for my teenage son and after spending time choosing and going though the options with the lovely member of staff I was taken to the desk and the delivery date was arranged as normal hassle free. See you again.

Overall the choosing and buying the products was a very satisfying. Also the friendliness of the colleagues present and the banter we had with them made it even more pleasurable.

The manager was very helpful and we were given a nice cup of coffee. Also we didn't fell pressurised into buying.

The member of staff that helped us was very knowledgeable and amiable. He listened to our requirements and did not try to persuade us to buy, for example, a more expensive model. He took into account the medical aspects or our needs and advised accordingly.

Because the manager took time and trouble to understand what I was looking for and to offer the best solution.
