Excellent help in store - nothing was too much trouble

I had a very nice guy called Charles talk me through all the beds available and which beds best suit the way I sleep, he also showed me the difference a pillow can make to my body posture 👍🏻 He talked me towards the bed that was best for me not the bed that was the most expensive and would highly recommend him to everyone

Very knowledgeable staff who were very happy to help me and understood the type of mattress I was looking for.

Jonathan was very polite and friendly and not the slightest bit pushy. He took time to find out my requirements and showed me the type of bed I required. The whole experience was refreshingly pleasant. My only query would be that the guarantee period of 1 year was shorter than I would have expected as some of the other brands were offering up to 10 years.

We were at your Hathaway Retail Park, Swindon. Jonathon assisted us and he was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly - a professional combination! We completed our order after a thorough look at all the options. We did not feel pressurised at any stage but did receive sound advice and direction. Look forward to more business in the future.
