Why I was highly satisfied is, it was a welcoming place very, very helpful staff espically in Chippenham where I purchased my product, the person who sold us the mattress went through everything, very satisfied

We had attention immediately and did not feel pressurised at any time. Jonathan was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information then time on our own to to test various mattresses and make our own choice. It was a relaxed experience.

Kieron very good at explaining difference between matresses as we had no idea what we were looking for. He was very helpful without being pushy and despite many customers waiting, we weren't rushed at all. We were given pillow options to try as well, and felt we got an accurate feel of the overall comfort of the bed.

Store Manager, Jonathan, was excellent. Fully knowledgeable and attentive to all our questions but never pushy. A credit to the Dreams sales team!
