The gentleman served us in a happy friendly manner, and was knowledgable about the products. We were even offered a cup of tea. The service was superb.

Staff able to discuss all options within my preference and Dreams able to deliver, no fuss, no problems, delivery based on my available days and times. Staff knowledgeable and really friendly.

Charles at the Chippenham store was friendly, had great knowledge and every product, funny, great with our children, took the time for us, offered refreshments, saw to our needs and understood straight away what we needed, and a very speedy service as we have two young children, over all a great experience 10/10
