Both Jon and Charles at the Chippenham store were very informative about the product that I required and what would be suitable for my needs. The shop was need and tidy and easy to get around. I had been next door! - to Benson for bed and seen what they had and was able to decide what was suitable for me and compare prices. There was no hard feeling about seeing what the competitor had to offer. Dreams was just what I wanted and for the right price.

Good value for money, good offers and very helpful staff. Prices marked out clear.

Charles in the chippenham Shop was lovely to deal with. He was not pushy at all and just guided us through the whole process. I actually only went in to the shop with a query on my existing mattress and ended up buying an ottoman bed and headboard. I even got coffee! I felt completely at ease when dealing with Charles and his colleague as they went above and beyond what I had expected. They are a credit to the Dreams company!

Very happy so far but have not yet received the goods as delivery is not until 09 March.

I was served by Stuart made a lovely cup of tea by Charles , & they made me feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble, they are a credit to the store.
