Assistant was on hand as soon as I entered and once he knew what we wanted, was very knowledgeable about all the products on offer. Another plus was that there was no pushy sales techniques at all.

Jonathan, the Manager at Chippenham was very helpful and had no problem clarifying colours for mum for her headboard choice and was very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy like some stores. I hope delivery all turns out okay and the bed/mattress is okay for mum as this will make the whole experience fantastic, which does not happen very often when you purchase an item anymore! There is usually some "if or but". At present, could not be happier with Dreams. My husband and I are looking to go to the same store to purchase the same bed if all goes well.

I first went into the store and was greeted by charles. He was extremely knowledgeable with the mattresses in the store and totally understood my needs and took the time to listen to them. He had me jumping on all sorts of mattresses so I could find the best for me. I left the store briefly to speak to my partner and he confirmed I could get what I wanted. So that's what I did, he hasn't got to tell me twice... I went back into the store and Charles was busy with another customer but he did ask his colleague Jon to help me. I sat with Jon after he made me a nice drink and told him the frame I wanted and the mattress. He then talked me through all of the different extra products I needed. Duvet, pillows, sheets, protectors etc. He was very attentive and was very patient whilst I made my decisions on what I wanted. He was very easy to talk to and was very friendly. We even shared an interest in music. Jon and Charles then carried all my items to my car in the pouring rain. I walked out feeling extremely happy and so excited to receive my new bed. Thank you.

Kieran the colleague who served me was well mannered, knowledgeable, considerate of my requirements, guided me through everything I needed to know in order to make the right decisions, friendly and approachable, clean and tidy. I did not feel under pressure to buy a certain item no matter if it was more expensive or not. He was very welcoming and thanked me for buying from the store, I felt that my custom was appreciated and that I was not being rushed in any way. If all shopping experiences were like this I would not buy anything over the internet, just so that I could have the pleasure of meeting staff such as him.

I was given plenty of advice and help. I am a new house buyer and have never purchased a bed myself before but the member of staff who helped me was friendly and very very helpful.
