The store representative was very helpful, had an amazing knowledge of what we needed and was very helpful in helping us find our new mattress and bed.

Kieran was an excellent sales assistant. We originally came in earlier in the day, but we went for lunch and came back due to the staff being occupied with other customers. Kieran greeted us and helped us decide what kind of mattress we were looking for. He got us to try the sleep testing machine which was fun and then showed us around the recommended mattresses. We felt very relaxed and he listened to our problems with each new mattress and helped guide us to what we ended up purchasing. The conversation often went away from mattresses but it didn't matter as it made Kieran more friendly and approachable.

Charles was the member of staff that served me. He knows his stuff. He wasn't pushy, showed me around the beds that suited my needs. Then left me to have a look on my own. Everything was explained to me clearly. I'm looking forward to the frame and mattress being delivered

Kieran and Charles looked after us during our two visits and helped us feel both confident and reassusred in our decision making. They allowed us the space we wanted to browse but we're available as soon as we needed them. Both had great knowledge and understanding of the products whilst also being able to connect on a personal level. The products on offer were of a good spread without being overbearing - sometimes more choice is not a good thing in our opinion.

The staff were fantastic they made it so easy for us to make a decision with the knowledge they could provide us, they were very friendly and made our visit to store really enjoyable nothing was a problem for them, this team is a real credit to the store, we are now looking forward to the arrival of our 4K purchase
