Dreams - Chippenham

Very attentive staff

We arrived in the Chippenham store at 5.30 on Good Friday and we left at just before 7. The 2 guys in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and not at any time made us feel we were keeping them late or that they would rush us into making a quick decision. I'd say the service we received would have been the same as if we turned up at 9am in the morning. I purchased a new pillow and couldn't be happier with it, so looking forward to my new bed.

I found what I was looking for quickly. The staff member who served me was professonal, pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all questions without hesitation. Although this was my first time shopping at Dreams I have seen your ads, both printed and broadcast, so was aware of your existence. My only disappointment was that delivery could not be made sooner.

We went to your store to order a bed which in fact we had seen in Benson Beds not Dreams!! Charles was very patient with us as we realised our mistake and showed us all available options for shopping with them instead. As it turned out we got a very similar product which was actually cheaper and he gave us great advise about mattresses for our 4yr old daughter. Then to top it off we were told we could complete our order with free delivery, saving us an extra £40 compared to Benson Beds.

Charles at Dreams in Chippenham looked after us very well. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we went through all the options. He arranged an extremely quick delivery time for us. I would definitely recommend Dreams again. Thank you for your help.

I was welcomed warmly by Charles in Chippenham from the moment that I walked into your showroom. I was only browsing, yet, having chatted me through various options, which I was invited to test, it turned into a sale, which i confirmed by phone a few days later. My new mattress (Nature's Essence Kingsize @ £899) is due to be delivered on the 28th April. My only concern is that this may be a reject from another client, having been used by for up to 40 nights? If for any reason that I sense that this is the case, I will not accept this mattress.

The customer service we received was very good, very friendly and helpful staff

The young man who assisted us was friendly and highly knowledgeable and had obvious pride in his work. He spent time with us showing different beds and explained so much more than just lying on it to try it out. He explained about posture and importance of mattress and pillows to assist in a good night's sleep. He also left us to look at the beds for ourselves rather than hover all the time which we find very off-putting. I would recommend anyone visiting this store to ask for him specifically. (Charles)
