Dreams - Chippenham

We have purchased single beds from this store over the past 2 years and because of the excellent service in the past, we decided to return for the purchase of a double bed. We were greeted by Kieran who was very polite and showed us exactly what we asked for. Our purchase was quick and efficient and we are very happy with our other items we bought at the same time. The other staff were friendly and polite and the store was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this store.

Assistant was extremely knowledgeable and offered great advice. He also did not try and sell us anything we didn't want or try to push one product in favour of another. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Very competent staff

I(Mr Bishop)went into dreams(Chippenham,Wiltshire)to compare some on-line prices on products I required,the assistant (Charles)asked if I needed any help I told him briefly my reason for my visit and my intention to buy on-line.we had a chat about the products I required all of which were in the shop,I decided to buy from dreams instead.

The store manager (Jon?) was extremely friendly and welcoming. He took time to understand what we wanted and then explained the various options available.

The manager Jon was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to assist us in making sure we were happy with the products that we were buying. Nice personal touches such as cups of tea were also provided.

We were met by very helpful and knowledgeable staff who were eager to show us the range of products available to meet our needs.

The Manager,Jonathon, was excellent. He was extremely helpful and took care to ensure that I had chosen the product that was right for me. He was so helpful that I purchased in store rather than using the top cash back option.
