from entering the store the assistance was remarkable. No waiting and a very knowledgeable young man, it was a pleasure to speak to him with his happy smile.

I visited twice before placing my order and on each occasion I was greeted and assisted by the staff. I was given plenty of time to look around and received really helpful advice. At no time did I feel hurried. Charles was the member of staff who dealt with me on both occasions and we were extremely happy with his advice and his helpfulness. Our particular requirements were a little difficult and so were a little time consuming. When we had contact with other staff (Keiron and Jon) they were just as friendly.

The sales advisor, Jonathan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very honest and personable. We enjoyed our visit and my 15 year old son (for whom we were buying the bed) came out saying that Jonathan was cool. He rarely says that about anybody!!

We were allowed to browse without interuption, and when we asked for advice the salesman Charles was excellent asking us how we slept , different matrasses for weight comfort, firmness ,quality, without pushing us for the more expensive ones his knowledge was excellent, he was courtious, polite at all times and generally very honest which we found to be honest great service, and basically made us buy a top of the range mattress, the general manager was also excellent, the best customer service shopping experience we both have ever experienced and a credit to dreams.

What can I say about the Chippenham Store and team! Fabulous, friendly and excellent at what they do. Kieran made the whole mattress buying easy and we got what we wanted with no hassle. Chippenham should get 10 out of 10 no wait 11 out of 10.

We were greeted by Charles who was professional but also friendly. He gave us all the information we asked for and helped us with any questions we had. A credit to your company.

Jonathan the salesmen was friendly, helpful without being pushy and knew all about the products in the store. He was efficient when placing the order and ensured we had all the information we needed. Offered support when we were confused about what we were actually looking for in a new mattress.

I was dealt with politely and not rushed and taken around displays no sales pressure was applied. When I made a return visit I was given some printed quotes for various items I was considering. When I returned to place my order it was done quickly and terms and conditions explained to me.
