As soon as we entered the shop we were acknowledged in a friendly manner. We explained that we both suffered from bad backs and hadn't replaced our mattress for nearly 20 years. We were given many options to try out and there was no pressure. We were offered a coffee too which was lovely.

We were assisted by Charles who was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of mattresses and encouraged us to try out the different types, but without any pressure to buy, -very good experience

Jon was very helpful without being pushy. He explained about the different levels of firmness and what options we had available for our budget. I would recommend going to the store rather than an online purchase.

Your salesman Charles was first class. enthusiastic, came straight too the point and was exceptionally helpful. He should be noted for a bright future as he will do well in any sales team or shop management role.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by two helpful staff, and one, Kieran dealt with my order quickly and efficiently. Everything about the order was explained to me and I left the store extremely happy with my service. I could have ordered online but I wanted to talk face to face and I'm extremely pleased that I went in store to make my purchase.

The manager who spoke to us explained the different ranges based on colours on the bed, explained the comfort guarantee, used his own experience to help us, left us to make our decision, did not pressure a sale but assisted when necessary, was friendly and cheerful.

Charles was very friendly and helpful and informative. Explaining sleeping positions, getting several pillows to try and encouraging me to spend as much time as I liked trying different beds. I was offered tea or coffee. Two different mattress protectors were opened to show me the difference. Charles was not too pushy, his service was just right, thanks
