The sales person Kieran was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I felt very comfortable in the store and was happy to make a purchase there and then.

The store manager Jonathan was very helpful, I went back to Dreams after 8 years to purchase another mattress I always seem to go to Dreams as I find them very helpful and they know what they are talking about. Great service and not pushy.

The sales man was very good. He spent quite a bit of time with us going through my back problems and how the mattress would help. Just had my first night sleep with it and it is amazing.

A member of staff called Zoe was helping us she was very friendly and polite and knew what she was talking about 10/10 for service. Another member of staff got a balloon for our 2 year old to play with. We are really happy with the service we had in your Chippenham store.
