Staff in the Chippenham store are very helpful and very friendly. Store was tidy and clean. Overall I was happy with the experience I had in dreams.

We last bought a mattress from your high Wycombe store 10 years ago. In 2017, Your colleague Kieran at Chippenham store, quickly identified the best fit replacement for us and then gave us the other options that innovation has created in the intervening years. We were given pillows closest to ours at home, led through memory foam topped, integrated, tempur and pocket spring options. Kieran helped us to identify our top 2, and then to explore the "upgrade" option from our current mattress. We were also offered drinks and I was allowed to use the staff facilities, which, as a new mum to a 3 week old daughter, was much appreciated.

Charles was lovely and very warm and welcoming and i didn't feel i was treated any differently because i didnt have alot of money to spend that can be embarrassing but i still felt valued. A great member of your team

Charles was extremely helpful and took his time showing us all models of beds and mattresses. He was focused on finding the right products for our family.

The assistance that I was given was faultless. Charles the sales assistance took me through what was I should be feeling when in bed and what mattress where what. As daft as it seemed to me it actually made a lot of sense. I was also not sold the most expensive mattress or pushed in that direction which was nice. I'm very happy with my purchase and very much looking forward to many a good night's sleep. Have already recommended to friends and family.

The staff were very friendly but also happy to leave my wife and I to just browse. When we had questions they were answered clearly. Dreams has changed it's delivery policy so the goods were delivered for free to home. We have previously collected from the depot to save this cost.
