Pleasant and efficient experience and service from stepping in the door. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful in sorting the bed/mattress that we were looking for.

Charles explained all about the mattresses clearly and efficiently. He couldn't have been more helpful but was not overbearing. He is a great asset to your company.

Jenny was polite and efficient ect and I came in with a 4 and 2 year old. Quite well behaved but children none the less and she and other colleagues interacted with the kids and kept them entertained whilst I was testing. So on that alone I think they deserve a pay rise / medal 😀

We were attended to by Charles in the Chippenham store. He was excellent; he knew his products, gave us time to look around the store before making contact and was very helpful. Throughout the time we were there at no time did we feel pressured into buying a bed, but he was always available to give advice. We came into the store unsure of the type of bed we wanted…it’s not a decision one wants to make on the spur of the moment although we had been researching beds for some months. Although we had come in with fairly clear ideas of the bed we wanted, it transpired that other options were open….I guess that’s the sign of a good salesman. We have bought a bed; it was very comfortable and suited both our needs. It was a little more expensive than we wanted to spend but we felt that it was a quality product which would last. Overall, we were very satisfied with our purchase on the day; it remains to be seen whether that choice was a good one, but with the 40 day returns policy that Dreams have we feel confident that the choice was a good one.

We were greeted by Kieran when we entered the showroom and we had a look round. He then came over to offer his assistance and talked us through options and then invited us to get ourselves measured on the Sleep match beds and talked us through our results and suggested some options that would best suit us.

Rihanna was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Its a shame that more retail establishments do not give this service!

Was given the chance to look on our own before being offered help. Was given lots of information and was advised on what mattress suited us better based on how we sleep - even if the mattress ended up cheaper! (Wasn’t just trying to make us spend as much money as possible) Was offered hot drinks as well as bottled water at check out

We knew generally what we wanted and the servise we received in obtaining our goals was excellent.
