Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Rob who was very friendly, knowledgeable and displayed great customer service and people skills. He made us feel at ease which ultimately led to the sale of the product. He displayed the new technology in the store and demonstrated a number of different firmness ratings and styles. This made choosing our mattress much easier for us and we were greatly satisfied.

The gentlemen was super helpful helping us find the perfect bed, we used the machine to help us pick the best bed for us and he didn’t pressure us and offered us drinks and was a true pleasure to our visit

The service was excellent, the two assistants that dealt with us were enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and highly professional, we were under no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. We feel very satisfied with our purchase and our entire experience at Dreams Nuneaton store.

Good customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful, experience the use of the machine to help us to choose the right bed found that was very good . The shop assistant was very friendly offered us a drink while doing the order and explained all the terms and conditions. Third visit to the Nuneaton store because very service.

David the sales guy was FANTASTIC, he told us all about the products available, advised us on the differences between products, wasn't pushy or arrogant but was friendly and chatty, happy for us to come back the next day (which we did) to place the order, A great big WELL DONE to David from Nuneaton branch

When entering the store the assistant Rob "asked if he could help us?" We said we wanted to look at a double mattress we could turn over. He said that's easy as there are only three, which he showed us. He explained about the cost of taking old mattress away and bedcover plan. When we returned to the store another day to place the order he asked us if we would like a drink tea/coffee/bottle of water?
