I was greeted by a young woman called Georgia when I came into the store. She was polite and asked me if I needed any assistance. I told her what I was looking for a new mattress for my son. She was asked several questions to ascertain what type of mattress would be suitable for my son's needs (who has autism and epilepsy). She was very knowledgeable in the different types of mattresses available. During my visit I was offered a drink, which doesn't happen anywhere else. Between us we found the perfect mattress and I'm really happy with my purchase. There was no pushy hard sale pitch, just really good customer service. I was extremely impressed with both members of staff present. (I've purchased beds previously from yourselves before and was remembered and greeted by the other member of staff.

We saw Georgia at the Broadstairs store and was very helpful in finding our perfect mattress and bed frame. She had answered all the questions we fired at her with great answers how the mattresses work in different ways and she help with the problems that we have been experiencing with the mattress we have and pointed us in the best direction. Georgia was very kind and helpful and made you very welcome.

Mark at Westwood Cross was extremely helpful. He was very patient, gave us bottles of water (unsolicited) and gave us information when he felt it appropriate without being intrusive. We felt our choice of bed was very informed after the information provided by Mark. He also gave us full details of the 40 day return options.

I had visited the store last week and the assistant remembered me so was able to help me much quicker,as my husband was with me on this occasion it’s always a plus to be speedily served.

We were greeted very politely as we entered the store and the sales assistant introduced himself as Wayne and was so helpfull and very patient, nothing was too much trouble , we were asked several times if we would like a hot drink .. and as we were trying out the beds he was also swapping pillows for us Very professional

Made to feel welcome even had coffees

so far service and friendliness of staff in shop very good, but as I haven't received item yet I cannot comment on that.

The sales assistant and the manager were extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable Made me feel valued
