Excellent customer service in-store and happy with delivery times

The guy who served me was very nice and very helpful and friendly. The delivery was perfect, in time for me coming home from work with a text. The delivery drivers were very polite, well manned and called me to say the were 45 mins away which was a great help. They took off there shoes as they came in. Really nice guys. They also commented on my bungerlow and said my dinner smelt lovely.

Excellent staff who always go out of their way to help and advise. Always grab a bargain at my Local Dreams too as it is a clearance centre.

The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

with so many products to look at , I was very pleased to have the help of the Assistant showing me different options and explaining things. Didn't have to rush to make a decision was able to to try different matresses so made sure I made the right choice. As a plus point (being an elder customer) pleased to find your store had toilets. Also enjoyed the coffee made for me.

Great service & very friendly, nothing was too much trouble & went above & beyond to help sort out what we wanted. This is the second Mattress I have purchased in a year & still the same level of customer support. Delivery drivers were friendly & helpful.
