Ordering the item I wanted was extremely easy and the staff member (Donald - Broadstairs Kent) was so helpful. Would definitely recommend.

upon entering the store we were greeted by mark newell who could clearly see we didn't know where to start. Within 10 minutes of speaking to mark we managed to find a mattress that suited the both of us and 15 minutes after that we had a bed frame to go with. The service was super friendly and we were offered a drink. We were given plenty of time to try out the mattresses and given lots of information on the bed frames. The whole experience was completely stress free and would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family.

From the moment we entered the store, the colleagues gave us a few minutes to browse before engaging in conversation and answering all the questions we asked and offered some very helpful advice. After deciding on the bed, mattress and headboard we wanted we were asked if we would like some refreshment while we ordered the items. the colleagues were friendly, enthusiastic and professional throughout the visit to the store leaving us feeling comfortable and not pressurised into any sale. So the colleagues deserve a big pat on the back and a well done from the powers that be. That is why we were highly satisfied with the service we received. In fact it was a DREAM!

Don at the Thanet store was very helpful and listened to our criteria and offered great product knowledge and support to us during our visit. The product is also very good quality and we are very happy with our purchase. We only have to wait a couple of days to get our new bed and the finance agreements available made things so easy, especially at this time of year.
