Wayne approached us in the store in a very friendly and professional manner. He was very knowledgeable in helping us select the correct mattress for our needs within our budget. We appreciated the opportunity to try out all the recommended mattresses with the memory foam pillows offered to us by Wayne. While we were finalising our decision we were politely offered a coffee, which was served to us by the store manager.
