Initially seen by Mark Returned to store to be served by Don and Dan All really helpful cheerful and friendly

Staff were friendly but not overbearing, the staff knew their products, no oversell and we got a great deal. Great service thank you.

Dan was awesome. He was there when we needed but we didn't feel pressured

Georgia was most helpful, was very pleasant and polite and showed us various products in the range that we were interested in, explaining the difference in each mattress.

When I arrived at the store I was allowed to browse without interruption, which I appreciated, when I wanted advice about Tempur Mark was on hand to give me all the advice I needed, he was friendly and knowledgable about Tempur which gave me confidence to purchase my new beds.

Wayne was great very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with us when we kept changing our minds on delivery .. store clean and presentable
