I have always found the staff in the Ashford store friendly and knowledgeable of the products, they don't rush you or push you into purchases. On this visit I knew what I wanted and paid cash but previously I needed information on the credit terms and these were explained to me showing me all the different payment options and clear monthly payments - this allowed me to choose a much better quality bed and mattress for my daughter that I couldn't have afforded without the fantastic 0% finance you offer.

We were very impressed with the service we received at the Ashford store. We came in 3 times in total to the store the second time in particular received 1st class knowledge of the products and were given advice as to what to look out for when choosing a bed...I believe this was from the store manager who was friendly and approachable. Yesterday we completed a sale with Emma G who provided a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. We were surprised how easy it felt despite all the options one is given whilst choosing a bed. All round very impressed. Thank you Ashford Dreams!

The assistant, Jon, was very helpful and spent time listening to my requirements. There was a reasonable range of products in store and they were well displayed.
