The colleague who helped us wad very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He helped us find the type of bed we needed that we hadn't previously considered. He explained special offers so we could get the best price and informed us of the whole process of delivery etc. An excellent service and the products were of excellent quality as well

When visiting the store (Ashford,Kent) the staff (Jon/Ken) were very friendly, knowledgable of the products and happy to help.The bed I purchased was very good value for money.

Sales assistant extremley helpful and explained the mattress well, served with a cup of tea which was nice too.

We was made very welcome on entering the store , was NOT!!!! pounced on straight away we was given the chance to look then Emma came and asked if we needed help was offered coffee first class customers service
