I visited the store in a bit of a rush and no idea what my budget could buy. Emma greeted me with a smile and let me browse and not feel stalked around the store. She was there when I needed her and gave me brilliant advice on which mattress was in my budget. I returned to store later the same day and would have waited for Emma as she was fantastic. I purchased a bed, mattress and bedside cabinets for my new home and she shared in my excitement. A real credit to your company

I was not hounded by staff as soon as i walked in the door and was able to browse the store and try out beds without being followed. When staff assistance was required, i was highly satisfied with the service and was able to have some friendly banter with the staff which made it a more enjoyable experience.

Me and my wife have never been to any other bed supplier for our beds due to the sevice that we always receive friendliness of the staff and there knowledge of the beds as well as them listening to our requirements. About eight years ago we bought our tv bed from you and have been highly satisfied with it and now want to replace the mattress and feel we have been put in the right direction yet again by your staff in the mattress we have bought.
