The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in and helped us from start to finish with the decision of the mattress we pick

I found the service good but I paid £19 for delivery but when I went on line delivery was free. I only ordered at the store because I wanted to look at the item.

I suffer with a bad back and needed a comfortable double mattress short term the Manager Ken had excellent product knowledge and was really helpful. I need to make some house alteration to be able to get a Super King size bed upstairs and will definitely return for my next purchase when the alterations are done, many thanks

Hi, the staff were very good and explained the difference in the bed types and the colour coding system and asked us our needs. The only thing I would say is that the store was very busy they could have done with an extra desk to do the paperwork, but apart from that the whole event was very painless unlike our old bed!!😀

My Partner and I came into the Ashford store between Christmas and new year 2015, Looking for a new bed and frame as my partner suffers with back problems. We were approached within 5 Minuets and given very good information on how to look for what we needed as we did not have a clue. we had great fun finding a mattress to suit us both and agreed on our favourite. we also had two frames in mind as well. We then went away to shop around. we decided to come back today for another look and again the service was outstanding and friendly so we decided to make our purchase. We are very pleased with our choice and are looking forward to our delivery and some good nights sleep.
