The items we purchased were exactly what we were looking for. The sales assistant was helpful although she was unable to offer me any extra discount when I asked the question. Having said that the bed frame and mattress were reduced already so I can kind of understand why. The ordering process was straightforward and, with a delivery date within one week of the purchase, I was very happy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful without being forceful.

Ken the store manager, makes you feel at home, he feels like a real friend. Nothing is too much trouble for him or his assistants. Its a pleasure to shop there.

A very pleasant and attentive lady served us, we were offered a drink and told to take our time. The mattress was delivered on time by two very friendly gentlemen who were also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Dreams. Thank you for a great all-round service.

The store manager who dealt with us was knowledgeable, did not pester or try to persuade us into things we were not interested in, was friendly, helpful but not overbearing in any way. In fact it was refreshing to have a productive enjoyable shopping experieance which resulted in a purchase that we had only been recently been considering. Further we were impressed with the quality, range and and prices of the store.
