We were approached very early on for help with selecting a bed and mattress that we already had in mind. Jon was not pushy at all, was great in knowledge on the particular range we were interested in, and helped us come to the right decision.

Our assistant Ken was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explained the various types and styles of mattress and encouraged us to fully lie down on the beds and to take our time. Even though he clearly had other customers we never felt we'd been abandoned at any stage. After a short time we made our decision and the cost options were described clearly to us. We opted for a deposit followed by 10 monthly payments and Ken was very clear at each stage of the purchase process. He managed to be humorous without over stepping the mark and then clearly stated the delivery protocol. We were delighted with out visit and are looking forward to receiving our brand new mattress and many years of comfortable sleep.
