Just came back from USA and the prices seemed a lot higher even allowing for the exchange rate so we were shell shocked when we first arrived.

It is very disappointing to have a bed out that is a brand new line only to be told you can't order it and the only way to have one is to buy the shop floor model - with no dscount

It was not explained about paying for delivery until last minute when ordering. Free delivery was only during week. One lady showed us bed then went to see other customer didnot comeback to us and we had to look for someone else to serve us

I am still waiting for someone to call me back regarding delivery. I was told I would get a call yesterday, so I called this morning and he said he would call me back and hasn't.

The headboard I collected from the store was marked, (It wasn't when I purchased it the previous day) I hired a van to collect the bed and headboard. I didn't notice the mark until I got home. I phoned the store and was told to come back to swap it. It cost me extra fue and time to do this, I expressed that I was dissatisfied but the member of staff just stood there and didn't say anything. I wad not offered a refund for some of the cost or any complimentary product. I would like this to phrase be addressed as it had put myself anf family off of shopping at dreams again.
