the upper level of the store looked scruffy

I was perhaps the only one in the shop (it was around 5:30pm) and I'd rushed from work 15 miles away to order a bed. I was looking near the front of the store and two employees were nearer the back. I walked towards them as I needed assistance and neither really acknowledged me. They continued to walk the other side of the stairs to the front of he store as I went to the back. I found what I was looking for but had to actively seek them out for further assistance.

The one thing that was a problem was there was only 2 desks and a que to sit down with the customer advisors to speak about the product.

I rarely give top marks as you then lose the incentive to improve! Nothing to complain about. Man who served us (Ken) was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. As always a lower price would be welcomed as would delivery included.

Beds where not laid out in any specific order and found it hard finding a comparable without walking from one side of the store to the other.

I had to approach the sales person, she was good but seems to be less staff so she was busy and may be with some reason but was not there promptly when we enter the store. Didn't like the delivery system. That is not too great

delivery lead time is quite excessive. price changes from my last visit. ended up with more items to get the price reduced.
