The salesman took time to consider my needs and was very helpful

I was amazed at the standard of customer service I received during my visit! Your Dreams Colleague, Emma B, could not have been more helpful, knowledgable, professional or friendly in anyway. I was offered coffee, shown all the options available to me regarding what I was looking for. Differences between similar items were explained. All with an honest smile and friendly manner. Emma B is a star. I have a dislike of pushy “up selling”. Emma B did show me items in all price ranges and explained the benefits of the higher value items, however she was in -no way- pushy. Your store was well laid out, stocked with a good range of beds and the extras one might need. It was also spotlessly clean. Have I mentioned how brilliant I thought Emma B was?

it was a very pleasant atmostphere. we were asked if we required assisstance and asked if we wanted to stay on our own or have the help of the staff so we could choose to spend the time looking until we needed further help. the staff were very helpful, we dont often spend a lot of money and we probably would have walked out without purchasing anything had the staff not been so friendly

Your sales lady Emma at Ashford Kent was fabulous in her friendly and helpful approach. She went out of her way to give us the time we needed as I suffer from altzhiemer's , she joined in with our humour and made me feel relaxed and welcome ..... I should love it if she were given a recognition award from your company.

I found what i was looking for straight away and with the help of store assistant Ken my purchace was completed in a good and friendly maner. so i came away from the store in Ashford Kent most satisfied

Assistant Emma G very helpful but not pushy. Offered a hot drink on each visit. Took the time to go through our requirements, checked stock and delivery availability.

Emma was a great help to me. I wanted a memory foam topper, she explained which would be best. And then she allowed me to put it behind the desk to collect later (I'd walked to the store!) She also explained about the discounted items in store, and the returns policy on mattresses.

Staff friendlyand approachable. Product available

Emma was so helpful she went out of her way to help me once she knew what I needed

Have not had the use of the mattresses I bought as they have not been delivered yet.
