We were not pressurized by staff. They made sure we were all right and left us alone to view products, they only then came to us if we needed some help then left us again to carry on making our decision.

We were left alone to browse and not hassled at all, when we had an enquiry the assistant Emma B was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us where the mattresses that we wanted were and left us to discuss the options, when we had decided she came over to continue with our sale. There was no pressure to buy and we had a good browse at our own pace.
