Staff where friendly and knowledgeable. I was provided with advice and information relating to the type of bed and the best mattress suitable for me as I have a spinal condition. I was offered a drink while we where completing paperwork. Exceptional customer service words fail me 10/10 well done!

It was my first visit to a Dreams store and I was delighted to find an excellent choice in the size and style of bed I was looking for (a kingsize with storage) for a spare bedroom at a reduced price. I was only disappointed that there wasn't much bedlinen in the right size to go with my bed!

I walked in to the store and was seen straight away. Found the mattress I liked then left and went back with my wife spoke to her and tried the mattress out and paid of it there and then good men in the store very satisfied

The main reason is the assistance we received by Jon. He was not only extremely helpful but friendly and very polite.He took the time to explain everything we needed to know, was not at all pushy or overbearing as a lot of sales assistants are these days. It was a pleasure to be served by someone who appeared to be happy that we were happy.

After looking in this store the week before we brought we were really impressed with the sales lady there Emma. After getting ideas of what we looking for we found our ideal bed in another furniture store but due to Emma's knowledge and professionalism we came back to this store to see if she could match what we were looking for. The store did the Manager served us the 2nd time again the knowledge and the can do attitude secured the deal and we brought our bed from your store. Great customer service and very happy customers

went in to have a look just to get an idea about the kind of price I would be paying as well as to have a look at what's on offer and was surprised to find that not only was there a selection of different beds but also the price was low. Dealer there came over and explained different types of bed as well as showed the range of products that were there also, long story short I came out with two beds two pillows as the other bed in house needs replacing as well for a reasonable price worth paying for.
