Dreams - Ashford

I went to your Ashford store on Thursday 7th of may, the two men who worked there I think there names were rob and jon? They were so helpful and kind very patient with my toddler who was being a tad noisy! Both members of staff assisted me in purchasing my new bed and were very efficient. I have told friends and family about the lovely service I received. Both members of staff are a credit to your store!!!

Emma G was succinct and precise with the information that she was giving, it was also obvious that she had knowledge and confidence in the products that she was selling. Her body language and conversation conveyed friendliness but she maintained a professional manner at all times. Emma helped me pick some Tempur Pilliows and encouraged me to take the 'Tempur Challenge' - I will be returning at the start of June to order a Tempur mattress with Emma G in Dreams, Ashford Kent.

We received offers of assistance upon arrival at the store and our queries were addressed thoroughly. However, we were also left alone to try the beds out in our own time without pressure. There was very little sales blather but good factual answers to our questions. Ken was clearly very knowledgeable about the products and options for delivery and product care

The store manager Ken was extremely helpful. My first visit was on my own and he took the time to show me several different mattresses explaining the benefits and what issues I could have. I returned with my partner and he spent just as much time with us. Very happy with service provided and hope mattress is as comfortable as expected. Delivery is due tmrw so fingers crossed!
