We were offered advice but not harassed by staff. Although the store is closing down it was still being kept clean and tidy.

I was given good advice, from interested and experienced staff, and ended up with exactly what i wanted, at a fair price. They took time to explain every thing about different beds, and as i have a bad back, they gave me very good advice, and were patient why i tried several different beds, till i found the right one for my needs. Jon, the sales assistant took time to explain everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. We were also offered coffee and the whole experience was extremely pleasant. I will certainly recommend and use this store again.
