We had immediate attention and the young man was so helpful and found us exactly what we needed after showing us alternatives.

Staff were appropriately helpful. They asked us if we wanted help, and left us alone to browse when we needed, while they were still visible in the store. They were not 'pushy' salesmen but honest helpful men. Also the store had the best range of beds in the area, and best price for the quality. Thank you.

It was a very easy stress free experience of buying a bed, Emma who helped me chose one was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I didn't feel pressured into buying the most expensive bed but one which was right for me. Excellent from start to finish.

The approachability of the salesman, his friendliness and knowledge were exceptional. He put us at our ease straightaway and we felt relaxed and encouraged to put forward our reguests and raise our queries. These were all dealt with in a professional manner and to our satisfaction.

Emma gave a good explanation of all types of beds and mattress and helped my child choose the product she wanted - she was also very friendly

Even though there were only 2 staff members working they took the time to speak to all customers and assured us that they would only be a moment. They were friendly and professional whilst taking the time to help us find exactly what we were after for a fantastic price.
